urban legends...abandoned places... enter kymlinge

November is not a popular month to most people, at least not where I live. It is dark, damp and getting colder day by day. But it is probably a good month for stories about abandoned places, urban legends and underground stations "where only the dead get off".

Kymlinge is located between the Stockholm metro stations of Hallonbergen and Kista (Raspberry Hill and Coffin, if you like). It is abandoned, left unfinished, in the middle of the woods. In the 1970s, there were plans to build a working-class suburb in the area and offices for government agencies, but the project was cancelled.

"Only the dead get off at Kymlinge" is a saying from an urban legend of Stockholm involving The Silver Arrow - a ghost train passing the stations at high speed after midnight.

In just a few minutes you will be presented to an amazing story by a man from Milan, Italy who recently visited Kymlinge.
