“Fragile Portrait” is a study of human identity and the process of emigration. A inmigrant from Senegal, living for four years in Spain, projects his memories into an object from his homeland. The series evoques nexus to his origin. Non-verbal communication leads to the final sequence, giving importance to the protagonist's will. Text and photo © Roberta Vivoli
