Mr Urbano interviewed by the Professor

The Professor (retired): Well, Mr...what's your name again?
Mr Urbano: Mr Urbano
The Professor: Hmm...Mr Durbano you have...
Mr Urbano: Mr Urbano, please
The Professor: I see. Well Mr Burbano could you develop a bit further your view on the Art of Photography. You know there are many things to take into consideration if you want to understand this specific form of Art. First of all you need a top class camera...by the way... the difference between the M6.85 and M6 TTL is indeed quite striking don't you think?... so how about you? ...perhaps you prefer the M9?
Mr Urbano: ??
The Professor: Well, Mr Curbano...let us move on with this interview. I would like to highlight something extremely important that many so called photographers forget about, namely the motif! You cannot just photograph a rock, a tree or a heap of junk and present it as a photograph - you have to be intelligent and select an interesting motif. Most photographers are unfortunately not too well educated and they keep presenting pictures of fairly odd motifs as Art. What a disgrace! The postprocessing is of course extremely important as well. I prefer the classic look of a print made in the darkroom, however I can appreciate some of the digital post processing if it is made with brilliance (and the latest software) One last question Mr. Tamburo: which of the rules of photographic composition are the most important to you? Rules of thirds? Diagonals? Framing?
Mr Urbano: Could I just share some of my views about phot....
The Professor: Well Mr Banduro...thank you for taking your time with this interview.
Mr Urbano: I thought this was supposed to be an interview about photography...the picture you know...the photographer...the way the picture is exhibited...the way it communicates...the dialogue between the photographer and the viewer of a photograph...the passion...
The Professor: Thank you Mr Rubando, I am a busy person...perhaps next year?
Mr Urbano: Professor... my ass
The Professor: I beg your pardon?

Sound of things breaking...angry voices...

A wonderful example of what could be found in a cultural section of any newspaper today: you find out nothing about nothing :)
