591 Exhibition - Thierry Clech

Almost exactly a year ago you had the opportunity to see another exhibition by Thierry with photos from Istanbul. I wrote then: "I am impressed by the vision of Thierry, he seems to find things to photograph everywhere,".

This time he shares photos from India a country with well over a billion people. I am equally impressed now - Thierry is very observant and possesed with something that Robert Frank has pointed out: "There is one thing the photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment. This kind of photography is realism. But realism is not enough - there has to be vision, and the two together can make a good photograph."
