Micke Berg received the Lennart af Petersens award in 2009. Lennart af Petersens (1913-2004) was a Swedish photographer who worked for the Stockholm City Museum from 1942 until the late 1970s. During that time he documented the huge transformation of central Stockholm. The museum has been collecting photographs with Stockholm connections since the 1930s. The collection contains some 3 million negatives, glass plates and other photographic materials. The oldest photographs date back to the 1840s.
