Niclas: "This is the first time that I have sent any of my photos to a publisher. It is my fellow co worker and friend Mikael who has encouraged me"
Niclas is an amateur photographer and also a fellow co worker to me who have traveled a lot in Africa, India, Tibet and Nepal. This particular shot is taken in Swayambhu monastary school. Kathmandu and shows a monk with his students, for me its a great spontaneous moment when the boy turns around, a glimpse of joy and also a bit of curiosity that makes it exciting and gives me a warm feeling. - Mikael Jansson
