That light...




"These photos were taken on a single occasion. I was amazed by the light and it made me think of how people hundreds of years ago had watched it.

The tiny river Alebäcken connects Stamsjön with Aspen in Lerum. This is in the south west of Sweden not far from Gothenburg. It is a place I often return to. I took the pictures with my Hasselblad 503CW and macro Planar T * 4/120. A camera that I have to pinch my arm to understand that it is mine."
