Exhibition in Stockholm: Aftermath of the hippie subculture

Today I visited the exhibition "The Hippie culture of the 1970's" in Farsta, southern Stockholm. Photographer Per Björn exhibits pictures taken at the very same place as they now are shown to the public. The pictures are from 1973-74 in a time when the summer of love, 1967 was a fading memory and many young people turned to drugs and became permanent dropouts. Per tells me that many of the young people depicted have passed away after using drugs.

I recommend you to visit the exhibition where you most likely will meet Per Björn, an experienced photographer with a lot of insight and many stories to tell. - Mr Urbano
