Varaville, France - 2016

This pictures reminds me about how much French people seem to love their "voitures". In the late 1990s we were in Hy√®res and I was about to park the car near a beach called the Almanarre. As is common in Sweden there was a parking place a couple of hundred meters away from the beach. I was surprised to find it nearly empty, but parked there.

Explanation: The French people had parked their cars as close to the beach as possible, let's say 20 - 50 meters. A thing I could have done too, but being a Swede I am probably too suppressed by rules. Almanarre is a lovely beach by the way.
