Birthday celebration part 1 by Wallace Rollins

This was a party to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the establishment of National Public Radio, held at the recreation center of one of the poorer sections of DC. All the neighborhood kids were invited, so what you see here are mostly underprivileged (to say the least) kids who probably didn't get much of this kind of fun and attention in their everyday lives. A good time was had by all. -WR
