Rain in Stockholm ( army of umbrellas )

I don't understand why I receive pictures of rain in Stockholm? Today is a bright morning, blue skies and 20C - (OK  it rained yesterday - all day long) Anyway - it is an outstanding picture by Rickard Falk.
