A. It is created by using Blogger (the blog), Jalbum (the online exhibitions and some series).

A. Good idea! I have seen some incredible ads with live pictures and sound! I have been thinking of putting up ads about cameras, printers, mobile phones, software, games...

A. Ever heard of Facebook, Twitter... ?
Q. But why are You getting all the credit for the 591 site?
A. Am I? Well, I founded the site and I work on it on a daily basis. But hey there! You are wrong! Lots of photographers participate on the site and they all get credits! And have you heard about 591 Spaces?
Q. No, explain it to me
A. There are many people involved in making 591. Have a look at Space-591 and get to know Anita, Kerstin, Paul, Valeria, GC, Walter, Rhonda, Mikael, Emese, Paolo, Simon, Beatriz, Tiberio, Vera and Mr Urbano!

Q: It means, hmm.

A: 591. But it is interesting that you mention 291. Have you heard of Alfred Stieglitz and his gallery at 291 Fifth Avenue in New York, It opened in 1905.
Q: No.
A: Google it. Gallery 291 has been an inspiration to many people around the world, including me.
Q: Well, that was before the Internet wasn't it?
A: Yes. Let us say that we have created a virtual place inspired by Stieglitz...and Steichen.
Q: Stichen?
A: Edward Steichen. He was Stieglitz friend and associate. Many years later, in 1955 Steichen created the exhibition "The Family of Man", the aim of the exhibition was to mark "essential oneness of mankind throughout the world."It is the most popular exhibition in the history of photography.
