The Elephant Garlic Festival - Phil Decker

My latest documentary project is photographing at small town festivals, in honor of Oregon's abundance of fruits, veggies, and flowers.  These events are great stages for capturing a slice of America, complex interactions, and humor.  Here is a series for 591 from the Elephant Garlic Festival last weekend in North Plains.  The Aumsville Corn Festival is only a few weeks away!
